When will my order ship?
Online orders received by 11 AM PST generally ship the same day via either UPS or FedEx ground. Larger orders could take a day longer, but that is rare. Regardless, you can always call us at 866-922-7247 if you need material to get to you sooner. And, if you are in the Southern California area, we can always work out a deal to have the material delivered to you in our fleet of trucks at a substantially discounted freight rate (perhaps even for free if the volume is right)!
How long will it take to get my order?
Generally speaking, that depends. Are you in Portland, Maine or Portland, Oregon? We’re in the heart of Los Angeles, so it could take anywhere from 1 – 5 days to ship to you via UPS or FedEx ground, depending upon your location. But don’t be shy…give us a call at 866-922-7247 and we’ll walk you through the buying and shipping process and will do out best to get you the material you are looking for as quickly as possible.
Can I get a discount if I purchase a higher volume?
Now we’re talking! Of course you can, and we encourage larger size orders. Our online store is built for anyone who is in need and wants to purchase wiping cloths of all varieties. Definitely. Our online store showcases our most popular items, but we definitely have other rags and wiping cloths to choose from, plus a complete line of microfiber products. Additionally, as you will see we only sell 25 and 50 lb boxes on our website, but material can easily be packaged in smaller sizes as well as compressed bales if you desire. Absolutely. As you can imagine, you are going to need a Credit Card to purchase on the online store. Every Friday A&A Wiping Cloth offers a free lunch. Sometimes it’s Chinese food, other times it is pizza, salad and fried chicken has been known to happen, we’ve even had a taco truck whip up delicious tacos and quesadillas in our parking lot. Only problem is, you’ve got to work here in order to participate in the free lunch. So unfortunately, I don’t think you are eligible. But if you are in the area please stop by to say hi! We’re happy to service walk in customers, and if you come on Thursday you might even get a free donut!
