We sell rags. A lot of rags. And we’re happy that you are considering purchasing rags from A&A Wiping Cloth. We’ve been in business since 1932, which means we know how to keep customers happy.  Satisfaction and repeat business is of the utmost importance to us, so if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase simply contact us and we will make it right.

First and foremost, call us!! If you have questions, concerns, want more info, not sure on what to order, can’t understand how the freight rate works, looking for a discount for a large order, or just want to say hi, simply call us at 866-922-7247 and we will assist you. We’re here to help find you the perfect rag for your application!

Return Policy

We always recommend that our customers test out a few rags before they throw in the towel (pun intended). Try a few out. Maybe wash a couple of them. Still not happy? No worries….just follow these steps and we’ll get that smile back on your face.

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, just pick up the phone and call us at 866-922-7247 within 14 days of your purchase. Or email us at info@aawiping.com Our customer service team will issue a Return Authorization Number.

  • We will accept returns of all material (rags and towels) that is deemed unacceptable quality or if there was an error in packaging or order processing.
  • We cannot accept returns of material (rags and towels) that has been used or washed/laundered. All material needs to be returned in its original condition. Returns must be sent back in their original packaging.

  • We cannot accept returns of Microfiber Towels, Mops and Accessories that have been opened. If you intend on returning any Microfiber items the material needs to come back in its original, unopened packaging.

  • You will need to arrange and pay for returning the material back to us. Shipping the material back should be done via the carrier of your choice.  There are no restocking fees.

  • Once the material reaches our warehouse, we will give you a 100% refund for the returned product.


We try to ship out orders as quickly as possible, which means that most orders will ship on the same or next day as long as they are received before 12 PM PST.  Orders received on Friday after 12 PM will ship out on the following Monday.

Generally speaking, depending upon where you live in the continental United States, you should receive your order anywhere between 2 – 6 days.

Unfortunately we cannot ship to Canada, Mexico or to PO Boxes.

Bulk Orders

We can absolutely assist you with large orders, so if you are interested in ordering over 500 lbs worth of material just pick up the phone and call us at 866-922-7247! One of our customer service representatives will discuss bulk discount pricing (if available) and determine the most cost effective way to ship the material to your location.
